Actaeon is a minority, woman-owned heavy civil contractor that builds and maintains stormwater infrastructure, landscapes, hardscapes, and concrete work for government, commercial, and residential clients across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Founded in 2017, the firm is based in Prince George's County, Maryland.
Founder and Principal Donna An, PMP, brought 25 years of environmental management and restoration experience to the firm — including time with the US EPA's Watershed Division and a Master's in Environmental Management from Yale's School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
Because we both build and maintain what we install, we understand how our work performs over its full life — and where it tends to fail. Nearly a decade of projects spans stream restoration, stormwater construction and retrofits, hardscape and concrete installation, and the care of more than one million square feet of green infrastructure.
